Exchange and Return Policy
We have a thirty (30) day no-hassle exchange or return policy on merchandise. All prescription orders are final and cannot be returned.
We offer free exchanges on all qualifying products. You have 30 days from receipt to use our exchanges and returns portal.
Once damaged and used, we do not support returns
It takes 5-10 days for the warehouse to receive the payment and it will be refunded to the original account.
